This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday May 25th in the Salthill Hotel, at 7pm. All members, and parents of members are welcome to participate. We will also be electing the committee for the upcoming 2016/2017 season. 

We will hear the Chairman’s address and the reports of the Operations Director, Treasurer and various sub-committees on the year’s activities.

We will also elect the Chairperson, Treasurer, Operations Director, Honorary President and members of the Club’s Executive Committee.

All nominations and motions duly proposed and seconded by voting members must be in the hands of the Club Operations Director at least ten days before the meeting. Please email any nominations, or motions to before May 6th 2016.

Any additions to, or alterations, or incisions of the constitution (available here) shall be submitted to the Operations Director () before May 6th 2016.
